QUANTUM BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL yang bermaksud melakukan transaksi usaha untuk mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk dan atau jasa dari MERCHANT.

  3. Dengan menggunakan jasa ini, TENANT tidak perlu lagi mempunyai tenaga teknis, tidak perlu melakukan investasi server/hosting dan dapat membuka toko online dalam waktu singkat dengan bantuan teknis dan tim desain MERCHANT.

PASAL 1
PEMESANAN

Untuk dapat melakukan pemesanan jasa dan atau untuk berhubungan dengan MERCHANT, pihak TENANT dapat menghubungi kantor MERCHANT dan atau mengisi langsung data TENANT secara online melalui situs www.pasarkreatif.com dan pilih menu “Ingin Buka Toko ?” yang ada di kanan atas halaman utama situs pasarkreatif.com

PASAL 2
CARA PEMBAYARAN

TENANT dapat melakukan pembayaran untuk jasa layanan PASARKREATIF.COM melalui transfer ke nomor rekening BCA KCP Pondok Indah, Account number : 2373022268 Account name PT Quantum Business International

PASAL 3
PENERIMAAN DANA TRANSAKSI
  1. MERCHANT akan melakukan transfer ke rekening TENANT atas dana transaksi pembelian terhadap item penjualan TENANT di website PASARKREATIF.COM paling lambat dalam waktu 3 x 24 jam setelah transaksi pembelian terjadi.
  2. MERCHANT dan TENANT menyepakati bahwa rekening TENANT yang digunakan untuk transaksi ini adalah

PASAL 4
PENGHENTIAN PELAYANAN
MERCHANT berhak menolak TENANT dalam hal sebagai berikut : ……………….................................
  1. TENANT mencoba untuk menggunakan nama PASARKREATIF.COM pada hal-hal di luar kerjasama ini.
  2. TENANT melakukan hal-hal yang mencurigai akan merugikan kepentingan bisnis ke dua belah pihak.

PASAL 5
MASA BERLAKU

Perjanjian jual beli secara kredit ini berlaku untuk masa 1 (satu) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal perjanjian ini dan dapat diperpanjang apabila kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk itu. Pada saat jatuh tempo perjanjian, semua hutang yang masih outstanding akan diselesaikan oleh TENANT dengan baik.

PASAL 6
PEMUTUSAN DAN PEMBATALAN PERJANJIAN
  1. Salah satu pihak dapat mengakhiri perjanjian ini dengan pemberitahuan tertulis 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum efektifnya pemutusan / pembatalan tersebut.
  2. Pembatalan perjanjian ini tidak mengabaikan hak dan kewajiban salah satu pihak yang muncul sebelum tanggal pembatalan tersebut. ………………………………………......................................

PASAL 7
LAIN-LAIN
  1. Ketentuan-ketentuan dari perjanjian tersebut diatas berlaku sepanjang tidak ada perubahan kondisi dari pihak MERCHANT
  2. Bila dikemudian hari terdapat TENANT dari pihak di luar dari bisnis usaha PT. Quantum Business International yang menyatakan persetujuannya membeli jasa MERCHANT, maka MERCHANT berhak menerbitkan surat PERJANJIAN KERJASAMA.
  3. Apabila ada perselisihan diantara MERCHANT dan TENANT, kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk menyelesaikan secara musyawarah, dan apabila tidak ditemukan penyelesaiannya, kedua belah pihak sepakat akan meminta Keputusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakara Barat.
  4. Hal-hal yang belum cukup diatur dalam perjanjian ini akan ditetapkan kemudian oleh para pihak dalam suatu addendum yang merupakan satu kesatuan dan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan.
  5. Ketentuan-ketentuan dalam perjanjian ini berlaku dan mengikat para pengganti dari masing-masing pihak.

By doing this Online Transaction, TENANT deemed to have read and agree to, and therefore bound by the Terms & Conditions as mentioned below:
  1. “Online Transaction” are purchase transaction through the site www.pasarkreatif.com, which made by and between:
    • PT. QUANTUM BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL, a limited liability company established under the laws applicable in Indonesia, domiciled in Jakarta, as the authorized e-commerce pasarkreatif.com party hereinafter reffered as “PASARKREATIF” with
    • who intend to selling product and service in accordance with Terms and Conditions and Online Transaction through the site www.pasarkreatif.com, hereinafter reffered as “TENANT”

  2. TENANT hereby claimed to agree of the Terms and Conditions with concscious state and able to act as legal subject in accordance with the agreements applicable Law and Regulations in Indonesia.

  3. Objects in the Online Transaction is purchasing Indonesian Creative Products & Services, in which MERCHANT provide an exclusive facility for TENANT as catalog, shopping cart, billing statement and payment transaction system.

  4. Indonesian Creative Product & Services in the Online Transaction is an exclusive products and services selected by the TENANT through the available options on the site www.pasarkreatif.com

  5. All the provisions of Online Transaction Procedure which contained in the site www.pasarkreatif.com are as united and inseparable part with these Terms and Conditions, and therefore valid and binding on TENANT

  6. These Terms and Conditions apply as a binding Agreement for the TENANT

  7. Pasarkreatif not accept the content of creative products and services that contain SARA and pornography

  8. Pasarkreatif not responsible for any complains/claims from the purchaser engaged with TENANT's Creative Products & Services excluding our given facilities, unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms & Conditions

  9. Pasarkreatif obligated to promote the site through SEO, banners, newsletter and exhibitions in order to achieved prospective buyers

  10. TENANT charged only to pay rental cost within a monthly regular shedule

  11. Any dispute arising from theOnline Transaction will be settled by the concencus with reference to the Terms and Conditions, TENANT states not to file any charges and/or claims to Pasarkreatif both in civil and/or criminal law

  12. Pasarkreatif not responsible for the misuse of credit cards in these Online Transaction or refusal the Online Transaction by the Bank
